Morocco Earthquake Emergency

Morocco is reeling from a devastating 6.8 magnitude earthquake, the strongest to hit the region in over a century. The disaster struck on Friday, September 8th, at 23:11, near Ighil in the High Atlas Mountains, leaving over 800 people dead and hundreds more injured. The death toll has already crossed 2000 and is sadly expected to rise, particularly in remote mountainous areas where access is challenging. The earthquake has left a trail of destruction, reducing buildings to rubble and leaving already vulnerable families with nothing. In this dire situation, urgent assistance is crucial.

Your support can make a significant difference. A donation of £100 can provide an emergency food parcel and water for earthquake survivors, sustaining them for an entire month.
